Employees

Employees were divided by web design/technical support/general sales, system administration, web site sales, telemarketing, and billing. Some employees worked part-time while attending high school or college while others worked full-time. Through the course of tackling technical support issues, Interpow's web site became a portal of information regarding many of these questions and phones rang less and less as a result. One high school employee in particular even taught a class for customers who were beginners to the Internet.

For the most part, Interpow was a very efficient organization and employees were available for most of the day to help customers over the phone, in person and out of the office.

Following is a list of employees that worked directly in the office for more than a period of three months between 1996 and 1998. Telemarketers and some sales representatives have been omitted.

Jess Carney (tech support/general sales)
Robyn Christianson (secretary)
Michael Cunningham (system administration)
Bill Dugger (web design/tech support/general sales)
Steve Dyas (tech support/general sales/web design/billing)
Mike Hetman (web design/tech support/general sales/web site sales/billing)
Anne Jhong (billing/general sales)
